We participated in the tenth edition of the “Taste of Chile” event, organized by the Chilean & American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Philadelphia

Estados Unidos
Our executive director of América Solidaria US, Sebastián Villarreal, participated in a meeting of businessmen from the States of Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, in which the North American company DuPont was recognized for its long history of work and exchange with Chile

For the tenth year, the important meeting of businesspeople organized by the Chilean & American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Philadelphia was held in the city of Wilmington, Delaware. With the help of Governor Jack Markell; President of the Chamber of Commerce, Bob Palaima; Executive Vice President of Dupont, James C. Collins; and the Honorary Consul of Chile in Philadelphia, Benjamin Leavenworth; the important work of the Dupont company in Chile and the region was recognized.

At the event, Sebastián also was able to talk about the mission of the América Solidaria Foundation in the United States and in the rest of the continent, and to give an account of a “non-traditional exportation of solidarity” through a unique model of cooperation “from America for America” that seeks to transform an entire continent into a United America.
