America Solidaria presents its long history in overcoming poverty in the Western Hemisphere on October 15th in Miami

With a reception at the Miami campus of the Universidad Adolfo Ibañez (UAI) - School of Management, América Solidaria will present its work of over 13 years in combatting inequality and poverty in the Americas, which has recently been highlighted by the UN as a successful organization in volunteer programs in the continent.

The event “Miami: A Gateway to Help the Americas” which will be held as part of the celebration of the UN’s International Day for the Eradication of Poverty, will have in attendance the Consuls-General, presidents, and heads of the various chambers of commerce of the countries where it intervenes, along with a large group of businessmen and women. The event will be chaired by Ms. Kellie Meiman, Chairwoman in the United States, President and Founder Dr. Benito Baranda F., and the Executive Director in Washington DC, Sebastián Villarreal.

The event is supported and sponsored by the Miami campus of the Universidad Adolfo Ibañez (UAI) School of Management, LAN, Fundación Ena Craig de Luksic, Fundación Colunga, Fundación Imagen de Chile, Smart Solar, and Viña San Pedro (EPICA).
